Pregnancy is a very special time.
If you are expecting, its easy to feel overwhelmed by fear of the unknown. Studies have shown that being educated in the childbirth process can reduce the amount of stress during labor. When you understand the progression of labor, it is easier to allow your body to do what it needs to do. Many find that education through birthing classes, or an online childbirth class offered by their hospital can really help calm their worries and answer many questions.
Knowledge is power.
Being well informed and having confidence in the facility where you deliver your baby is essential for a healthy and positive birth experience. This online childbirth education program is perfect for mothers or couples who have time constraints or scheduling conflicts, moms who are on bed rest, those unable to attend a traditional childbirth class, or those who just want a refresher course.
