Customer Service Scores
Customer service remains a top priority for staff at SVRHC. Scores are calculated through Press Ganey, the hospital’s appointed patient survey company. If you have been a patient in the hospital or received outpatient services such as lab work or x-rays, you may receive a survey in the mail asking how your visit went. Please complete and return to Press Ganey so that we may continue with what we do best, and work on those areas which need improving.
