Customer Service Scores

 

              Customer service remains a top priority for staff at SVRHC.  Scores are calculated through Press Ganey, the hospital’s appointed patient survey company.  If you have been a patient in the hospital or received outpatient services such as lab work or x-rays, you may receive a survey in the mail asking how your visit went.  Please complete and return to Press Ganey so that we may continue with what we do best, and work on those areas which need improving.

Hospice                                 93.8%

Emergency Department Wait Times

 

              Wait times in the Emergency Department continue to be a concern for SVRHC as well as facilities all across the nation.  Please see SVRHC’s average wait time below for the month of June compared to the national wait time across the country.
