Security

The 24-hour Safety & Security team makes certain that the safety of our patients, their families, and our staff and physicians is preserved. The office is located in the Emergency Department Lobby, you can ask at the Concierge desk in our main lobby to speak with a member of the Security team, or at the Client Services windows, after hours.

Our Safety & Security team will:

- Escort visitors or staff to their vehicles, especially after hours.
- Assist with emergency jump-starts of vehicles.
- Provide directions and escort visitors to any location within the hospital.
- Assist in contacting locksmiths or automobile services when the unthinkable happens.
- Provide round-the-clock security of the hospital campus, affording peace of mind for everyone.

Lost and Found

In the event that something was left behind, Sierra Vista Regional Health Center makes every effort to get your lost item back to you. If you believe you have left something in our hospital as a guest or a patient, our Safety & Security team will be happy to assist you.
