Tombstone Family Health provides treatment of non-emergent issues and provides primary healthcare services.

Dr. David Brown, Medical Director

SVRHC Family Health Clinic System

Dr. David Brown is the Medical Director for Sierra Vista Regional Health Center’s Family Health Clinics located in Tombstone, Sonoita and Douglas. Dr. David Brown has been practicing Family Medicine in Sierra Vista for about 25 years and started his career in the medical field as a physician’s assistant. Obtaining his medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in Montserrat, British West Indies, Dr. Brown completed his residency with the Columbia Family Practice Residency Program at the Medical College of Wisconsin Affiliated Hospitals in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Dr. Brown has experience with a broad spectrum of practicing medicine from pediatrics to geriatrics.

Aaron recently completed a career with the US Navy serving active duty for 27 years. “During my tour at the Naval Air Station in Lemoore, California, I attended California State University Fresno and completed my Master of Science degree as a Primary Care Family Nurse Practitioner. As an FNP, I have the ability to practice autonomously and in interesting locations outside a typical hospital. My biggest challenge is getting people interested in stopping smoking.”

Aaron grew up in the southwest and attended schools in New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, and California. He has family widely spread throughout the west as well as in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico. “I moved to Sierra Vista because the area offers many recreational activities and I enjoy pistol shooting. The pleasant altitude and the region’s low population density were also very appealing to me.”

Aaron Castle is on staff at the clinic during its regular hours of operation.
