Our Locations:

• Our Main Campus is located one block south of Fry Boulevard at the intersection of El Camino Real and Wilcox Drive at 300 El Camino Real.
• Our Ambulatory Surgery Center is located just off State Route 90 at 151 Colonia de Salud, 2 miles east of the intersection of Highway 90 Bypass and Fry Boulevard.
• Sierra Medical Supply is located at 1967 Frontage Road in Lee’s Plaza, just south of the intersection of Avenida Cochise and Highway 92 South.
• Casa de la Paz Hospice, Outpatient Rehabilitation, and Patient Accounting are located at Cochise Vista Plaza on Highway 92 South, across the street from the Mall at Sierra Vista, at 2151 South Highway 92.
• Lenio Diagnostic Center is located on the southwest corner of El Camino Real and Wilcox Drive at 200 El Camino Real..
• Our Human Resources Division is located on the northeast corner of El Camino Real and Wilcox Drive at 2601 El Camino Real.
• Our Library is located to the east of the employee parking lot at 2797 E. Wilcox Drive.
• The Foundation and Finance offices are located just off State Route 90 next to our Ambulatory Surgery Center at 151 Colonia de Salud.
• Performance Improvement and the Medical Staff office are on the southwest corner of El Camino Real and Wilcox Drive at 200 El Camino Real.
