The Performance Improvement Department works closely with all other departments to constantly improve performance improvement for all areas of the hospital.   They strive to exceed Joint Commission requirements and standards for the facility.  

 

Our mission is to be committed to customer-focused quality health care through excellence in practice, leadership, and service.   To assure we achieve this, we want to hear from you.   Whether we “wowed” you with our service or you found something was lacking, our commitment is to listen to you and ensure our service is premier.   Your feedback will be handled promptly and confidentially.

 

Your feedback can be made by:

 

• Tell your nurse or ask to speak to the unit charge nurse manager or nurse supervisor.
• Speak to any member of the SVRHC staff, as they are part of the quality assurance process. Your feedback will be forwarded to the Performance Improvement Department.
• Calling our Performance Improvement Department at extension 4542.   If someone cannot take your call at the time, please leave your name, your room number, and a brief message.   A member of the Performance Improvement staff will return your call.   You may leave a message “after hours”.
• After discharge, you may phone our Performance Improvement Department at 417-4542.

 

Our commitment to you in the case of a complaint, is that you will receive an acknowledgement within ten business days.
