Creating and managing our patient centric hospital communication systems, Information Services facilitates the exchange of more than 100,000 pieces of information daily. It is their goal to establish high-quality, modern information systems that bring hospital objectives together enabling continuous improvement of our patient care delivery and business processes.
Our team of technicians and communication experts:
- Maintain a
stable hardware and network environment.
- Update, renew and troubleshoot over 50 different software applications.
- Ensure operation of our telephone system on our main campus and three off-site
locations.
- Program, distribute, and maintain staff pagers.
- Strive for systems standardization and upgrades while ensuring fiscal responsibility.
- Maintain a complex system of computer servers that also include hosting
of the hospital’s Internet web site.
