We are pleased to provide Infusion services in a comfortable and caring atmosphere. Our hours of operation are 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. We are closed on holidays. Appointments are required and can be made by calling us at (520) 417-4583. If we are assisting other clients when you call, we welcome your voice message and will return your call as soon as possible.

Our services include and are limited to once a day:

• Blood transfusions (we request 24-hour notice)
• Hydration/infusion: Remicade, Venofer, Zometa, Aredia, IVIG, antibiotics, etc.
• Injections: antibiotics, Aranesp, Procrit, Leukine, Neupogen, Neulasta, etc.
• Central line maintenance/lab draws
• Wound care without debridement
• Phlebotomies

We welcome prescriptions from physicians and you may fax these to us at (520) 417-3244. Please include the following information:

• Directions for service
• Diagnosis
• What is to be performed
• Start and end dates
• Patient’s date of birth, height, weight, allergies
• Prior authorization for insurance
